We are pleased to announce the second release of R-AI, Reptune’s built-in AI assistant, a significant step forward for how in-house tax teams handle transfer pricing research.
Where the first release focused on helping you navigate Reptune.net and get up to speed with new features, R-AI is now a full transfer pricing research partner. It can answer questions on both general TP topics and specific local requirements across jurisdictions and more importantly, it lets you control exactly how deep you go.
R-AI is built to layer your research. You can move seamlessly from our vetted guidance, down into official underlying sources, out to live external insight – all within the same conversation thread, without leaving Reptune.net or losing your place.

What’s new in this release
This release turns R-AI from a navigation aid into a genuine research tool. Three new capabilities work together to let you verify a local transfer pricing requirement from first question to fully sourced answer.
Advisor-curated knowledge
Your research begins with our Knowledge page. When you ask about a specific country requirement, you get an immediate, reliable foundation – guidance managed and kept current directly by Reptune’s transfer pricing advisors. It’s the difference between a starting point you can trust and one you have to second-guess.
Underlying source analysis
Want to go beyond our Knowledge page? The new “Analyse underlying sources” button prompts R-AI to pull the latest Thomson Reuters documentation and the current OECD Country Profile, presenting them side-by-side and focused specifically on your original question.
Live dynamic research via Ask Claude
When a query takes you beyond our libraries, you can click “Ask Claude.” This instructs R-AI to run a supplementary, real-time web search, strictly tailored to your original question, giving you live external insight without breaking your workflow.
Whatever questions arise about your local transfer pricing obligations, your team can now control the exact depth of source verification, all from a single application.
What does R-AI cost?
Like the first release, this second release of R-AI is free of charge. The only thing we ask in return is that you use R-AI actively and make use of the feedback mechanism (thumbs up and down). Your feedback is what allows us to keep improving it.
The Ask Claude tier is available on an opt-in basis and may be subject to additional charges. Contact us for more information.
R-AI is available to all active users by default. If you’d prefer to opt out, reach out to your TP advisor or email us at info@reptune.tax
How does R-AI use my data?
As with the first release, R-AI uses only your prompts, the questions you ask. It draws solely on our Knowledge pages and selected underlying public sources to answer, and never uses any client information stored within Reptune.net. Your prompts do not leave the secure Reptune.net environment.
The one exception is the Ask Claude tier: when you use it, your prompt is sent to Claude.ai to enable the live web search. That’s precisely why it’s offered on an opt-in basis – you decide when, and whether, your query reaches beyond our environment.
